UNILATERAL ORDER TO 14 RESPONDENTS FOR REMEDIAL ACTION. On September 2, 1993, EPA modified the August 5, 1993 Administrative Order, (AO) postponing the date for the notice of intent to comply from August 19, 1993, to November 2, 1993. Further, on October 14, 1993, EPA again modified the August 5, 1993 AO, separating the implementation of the Remedy into a ground-water investigation phase (Phase I) and a remedial construction phase (Phase II). On January 20, 1994, EPA modified the August 5, 1993 AO, postponing the date for the notice of intent to comply with Phase II from January 20, 1994, to May 10,1994. On August 20, 1995 EPA modified the AO to require the Performing Parties to coordinate with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. and Stauffer Chemical Company. Lastly, on January 7, 2000, the AO was modified to incorporate additional activities to address the soils remaining at the former disposal area.
