On June 11, 2026, EPA-Region 1 entered into an expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) with Maison Belle, LLC ( Cameron Commons ), addressing violations of the General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at the Cameron Commons site in Hampstead, New Hampshire.
