On June 11, 2026, EPA-Region 1 entered into an expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) with Maison Belle, LLC ( Cameron Commons ), addressing violations of the General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at the Cameron Commons site in Hampstead, New Hampshire. On May 22, 2025, EPA Region 1 conducted an inspection at Cameron Commons and found that the site was operating without Permit coverage under the CGP for at least 2 months. Pursuant to the Agreement, Maison Belle, LLC will pay a $1,200 penalty. EPA implements the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program in New Hampshire. The case team consulted with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services on this matter.
