Case summary

On January 21, 2026, EPA-Region 1 entered into an expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) with Hawthorn Preserve, LLC ( Hawthorn Preserve ), addressing violations of the General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at The Residences of Hawthorn Preserve site in Braintree, Massachusetts.
