Case summary
On December 23, 2024, Region 1 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) resolving violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act and the Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Rule (Disclosure Rule) alleged against Dwight RE, LLC of New Haven, Connecticut.
