On August 29, 2025, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order (Order) to a Quincy, Massachusetts permittee for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. LBC Boston Partners Properties was authorized to discharge under the Dewatering and Remediation General Permit (DRGP). The Order requires the permittee to submit all outstanding DMRs and continue to report as required by their permit. While EPA is responsible for implementing the Clean Water Act in Massachusetts, EPA notified the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection of these actions.
