On August 29, 2025, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order (Order) to a Boston, Massachusetts permittee for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital was authorized to discharge under the Dewatering and Remediation General Permit (DRGP). The Order requires the permittee to submit all outstanding DMRs and continue to report as required by their permit.
