Case summary

On April 22, 2025, EPA Region 1 (EPA) and P.S. Marston Associates, LLC (P.S. Marston) entered into an agreement to resolve alleged violations of Section 311 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) stemming from a biodiesel spill at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
