On March 19, 2025, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order (Order) to Un1f1ed Global Packaging Group of Lancaster, Massachusetts for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. Un1f1ed Global Packaging Group was authorized to discharge under the Multi Sector General Permit (MSGP).
