On December 6, 2024, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order (Order) to HYM Investments in Leominster MA for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. HYM Investments was authorized to discharge under the Dewatering and Remediation General Permit (DRGP). HYM Investments' facility/property in Revere MA is an environmental justice area of concern. The Orders require the permittees to submit all outstanding DMRs and continue to report as required by their permits.
