On April 11, 2024, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order to The Town of Hanover WRF for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. The Town of Hanover WRF of Hanover is authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit.
