On April 11, 2024, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order to The Town of Hanover WRF for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. The Town of Hanover WRF of Hanover is authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit. The permittee is required to submit all outstanding DMRs and continue to report as required by their permit. EPA will notify the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services of our action.
