Case summary
On April 11, 2024, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order to the Lebanon Municipal Airport of Lebanon, New Hampshire for alleged failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. Lebanon Municipal Airport is authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit. The permittee is required to submit all outstanding DMRs and continue to report as required by their permit. EPA will notify the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services of our action.
