Case summary

On February 15, 2024, EPA issued a Clean Water Act (CWA) administrative order to the Town of Southbridge, Massachusetts for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.
