West Brookfield, Massachusetts facility for failure to submit discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) pursuant to their CWA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. is authorized to discharge under the Multi-Sector General Permit. The permittee is required to submit all outstanding DMRs and continue to report as required by their permit. Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. is not located in an Environmental Justice area of concern.
