On July 7, 2022, Region 1 issued an Administrative Order requiring Linda Woodruff, owner of Boudreau Trailer Park in Princeton, Maine, to comply with the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Maine Drinking Water Rules by either retaining a Very Small System licensed operator or by Respondent or her designee obtaining licensed operator status. The system consists of one drilled well that provides piped water, year-round, for human consumption to a trailer park serving approximately 50 persons. Region 1 issued this Order in response to a request by the State of Maine Drinking Water Program that EPA issue an enforcement action requiring that Respondent return to compliance with all state and federal laws administered by the State of Maine.
