On June 22, 2022, EPA issued 22 Notice of Warning (NOW) to Air International, Inc. of CT based on the failure to file timely and complete annual production reports. These reports, required under Section 7(c) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), are due by March 1st each year and cover the production, sales and distribution of pesticides and devices for the preceding calendar year.
