Case summary

On January 11, 2022, Region 1 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) resolving an EPCRA claim for alleged violation of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) at the Clean Harbors of Connecticut, Inc.
