Case summary
On May 4, 2022, EPA entered into an expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) with Martelli Construction Co., Inc. that addressed violations of the Clean Water Act's General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at the Greenwood II site in Holden, Massachusetts.
