On March 14, 2022, EPA Region 1 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) addressing U-Haul Co. of Western Massachusetts, Inc.'s alleged violations of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at the U-Haul Construction site in Lancaster, MA.
