Case summary
On March 4, 2022, EPA filed an expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) addressing Highfield Homes, LLC's alleged violations of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities (CGP) at the Highfield Commons Phase 1B site in Rochester, New Hampshire.
