On January 24, 2022, EPA filed an expedited settlement agreement (Agreement) entered into with New England Wire Technologies Corporation of Lisbon, New Hampshire, addressing violations of the Oil Pollution Prevention regulations, promulgated under Section 311(j) of the Clean Water Act.
