Case summary

On August 11, 2021, EPA filed an expedited settlement agreement (ESA) to simultaneously commence and conclude enforcement actions against Double B Services, LLC. of East Hartford, Connecticut, (Respondent). The ESA addresses alleged violations of Section 7(c) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. (S) 136e involving Respondent's failure to file annual pesticide production reports in connection with each registered establishment.
