EPA alleged that St. Albans Creamery failed to timely file EPCRA Section 313 Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reports for nitric acid otherwise used in 2017 and 2018, and for nitrate compounds manufactured in 2018. St. Albans Creamery filed these missing TRI reports in May 2020. St. Albans Creamery agreed to pay a settlement penalty of $58,765.
