On July 15, 2020, a U.S. Magistrate Judged signed an ex parte administrative warrant granting EPA access to the Railroad Salvage/Griswold Cotton Mill Site in Montague, MA. This warrant is necessary because the Agency has been unable to locate anyone who is willing to provide access to the Site.
