EPA v. LKQ NEW ENGLAND - SOUTHWICK

Case summary

On July 21, 2020, EPA issued three Clean Water Act Administrative Orders (Orders) to LKQ Northeast, Inc. facilities in Webster, Leominster, and Southwick, Massachusetts. EPA inspections at these auto salvage yards revealed noncompliance with the 2015 Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Discharges.
