On February 26, 2020, the Region issued a Clean Water Act Administrative Compliance Order requiring Tender Corporation to submit a baseline monitoring report for categorical industrial wastewater streams introduced into the Town of Littleton, New Hampshire's publicly owned treatment works (POTW) and to submit biannual reports on compliance to EPA, the state and the local authority. Tender Corporation manufactures pharmaceutical and pesticide products. Industrial wastewaters from Tender Corporation's manufacturing operations are subject to new source categorical pretreatment standards at 40 C.F.R. Part 439, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Category, and 40 C.F.R. Part 455, Pesticide Chemicals Category.
