On July 12, 2019, EPA issued an administrative order on consent to the City of Everett, MA that requires that the City implement its 20-Year Capital Improvement Recommended Plan which includes a list of projects developed in the context of Integrated Planning. The City is also required to revise its Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) Plan, its CMOM Corrective Action Plan, its GIS Map and any additional specific plans for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of any additional remedial measures that would be required in order to comply with the 2016 Small MS4 General Permit.
