Rural property with current site disturbance. Approximately 11 acres of wetlands on the Site may have been cleared, filled and/or excavated between March 2010 and November 2018. Referral for access warrant sent on 12/28/2018. Assistant U.S. Attorney (Anne Thideman, U.S. Attorney's Office in Bridgeport, CT) assigned to work on Access Warrant on or about 2/26/2019. 5/8/19 Access Warrant and Order issued on May 8, 2019. The Warrant and Order authorized the inspection to take place on five to ten days beginning on Monday, May 20, 2019 and continuing until completion of the site evaluation, but no later than Monday, June 17, 2019. The Court also included Order prohibiting changes to the Property until the completion of the inspection. The inspection was completed on June 10, 2019.
