(PCI) of Newburyport, Massachusetts. PCI manufactures chemicals for the pharmaceutical industry. The Complaint alleged violations of RCRA tank and air emission regulations. In the settlement, PCI agreed to pay a penalty of $50,210 and to come into compliance with the RCRA tank and air emissions requirements. In addition, PCI will spend at least $152,425 on two Supplemental Environmental Projects.
