Respondent agrees to pay a $40,000 penalty and comply with the compliance requirements set out in the Partial CAFO. On September 26, 2018, Region 1 issued an administrative complaint to ISP Freetown Fine Chemicals, Inc. alleging violations of RCRA at its facility located in Assonet, Massachusetts.
