Final Order With Penalty

Case summary

On July 11, 2017, Region 1 settled an administrative penalty action against O.F. Mossberg & Sons, Inc. (Mossberg) alleging violations of Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). Mossberg failed to timely submit a Toxic Release Inventory Form for copper processed and otherwise used at the company?s New Haven, Connecticut facility in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
