Final Order With Penalty
Case summary
On March 2, 2016, EPA filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order that will both initiate and resolve EPA?s claim for a civil penalty against Mann Distribution, LLC regarding an alleged violation of Section 7(c)(1) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ?? 136e(c)(1) for failing to submit timely annual pesticide reports for its Warwick, Rhode Island facility for calendar year 2014.
