On July 7, 2016, EPA signed on to an Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent (Settlement Agreement) with four potentially responsible parties to address contaminated groundwater at the Nuclear Metals, Inc. Superfund Site in Concord, MA. Under the Settlement Agreement, the PRPs have agreed to pay for and perform a Non-Time Critical Removal Action at the Site which includes monitoring; and to pay 100% of future response costs related to the NTCRA. The estimated cost of the NTCRA and future response costs is $5,700,000.:
