Case summary

Chemiplastica, Inc. operates a manufacturing facility at 238 Nonotuck Street in Florence, Massachusetts (?the Facility?). Part 68. The ESA requires the respondent to certify it has come into compliance and to pay a monetary penalty of $10,960.
