On November 19, 2013, an authorized representative of EPA, conducted an SPCC inspection at Lakeside Oil Company, Inc., Marlborough, MA, a bulk fuel oil storage and distribution facility, as well as Richards Oil Company, Inc., Northborough, MA, a service garage and main office building for oil tanker trucks.
