Region 1 and Lake Champlain Transportation Company (LCT) entered into two Consent Agreements and Final Orders (CAFOs) to resolve Clean Air Act (CAA) violations at LCTs King Street Dock facility in Burlington, Vermont, and at its Shelburne Yard facility in Shelburne, Vermont.
