Case summary

On February 4, 2013, the Region filed a pre-negotiated settlement in a TSCA Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) Microbusiness case against Reeson Construction (NH) for violations of the RRP rule including certain notification, certification and work practices requirements. Based on the relevant penalty factors listed in the statute, including Respondent’s financial circumstances, EPA consented to the issuance of this Agreement without a penalty.
