Case summary

On September 18, 2013, EPA Region 1 issued a combined complaint, consent agreement and final order (“SuperCAFO”) that simultaneously commenced and settled EPA’s enforcement action against Pharmasol Corporation for alleged violation of Section 7 of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. § 136e. The SuperCAFO alleges that Pharmasol failed to file timely an annual pesticide production report for calendar year 2012 in connection with its registered facility in Easton, Massachusetts. Pharmasol agreed to pay a civil penalty of $4,455 to resolve the violation.
