Case summary
The AO provides a schedule to fix problems with certain components of the Facility's wastewater treatment plant and with certain stormwater BMPs at the Facility. These projects began prior to issuance of the AO and will be completed by no later than December 2013. The AO also requires Red Shield to designate and maintain an employee to be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Facilitys wastewater and stormwater permits and with the CWA. Red Shield is also required to submit for EPA's approval a long-term preventative maintenance plan for all components of the Facilitys wastewater treatment plant and an updated SWPPP which includes a preventative maintenance plan for the BMPs listed therein.
