Under the CD, theTown will pay a civil penalty, enact an ordinance to prohibit the introduction of non-stormwater discharges into the MS4, conduct dry and wet weather monitoring of all MS4 outfalls, and investigate and eliminate all non-stormwater discharges in the MS4.
