EPA inspected target housing in Stratford, CT in August 2011, and found that the Universal, an uncertifed renovator and uncertified firm, was remodeling the unoccupied structure for resale. While actual workplace noncompliance was not observed at the time of the inspection. EPA noted that the firm had not carried out all RRP responsibilities or recordkeeping.
