On July 18, 2012, Region 1 filed a Clean Water Act Expedited Settlement Agreement under which the Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts agreed to pay a $1,500 penalty for failing to submit and timely submit annual report(s) under the NPDES General MS4 Permit. Sudbury will also complete a supplemental environmental project valued at $5,625 that will upgrade stormwater best management practices in two locations outside of the town�s municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) urban areas. 3/8/18: The terminology is incorrect. This a prenegotiated settlement for a Stormwater - MS4 action, not an ESA.
