This is a pre-negotiated settlement for a Stormwater-MS4 action not an ESA On January 25, 2012, Region 1 filed a Clean Water Act Expedited Settlement Agreement under which the Town of Raynham, Massachusetts agreed to pay a $1,500 penalty for failing to submit and timely submit annual reports under its NPDES General MS4 Permit. Raynham will also complete a supplemental environmental project valued at $5,600.
