THE OIL IN THE EQUIPMENT WAS NOT REMOVED PRIOR TO DOING THE WORK AND AS A RESULT, OIL SPILLED FROM THE PROPERTY BY WAY OF A WATER INTAKE STRUCTURE, INTO THE RIVER.
