In July 2012, EPA Region I issued two Immediate Compliance Orders under Section 113(a)(3) of the Clean Air Act. In each case the Respondents were cited under the Asbestos NESHAP for failing to provide EPA with proper notification of a demolition or renovation operation. 14 Stebbins Street, LLC of Enosburg Falls, Vermont was cited for failing to provide EPA with notification at least ten days before demolition work began at 14 Stebbins Street in St. Albans, Vermont (issued July 3, 2012).
