On September 7, 2011, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved a bankruptcy settlement agreement between the debtor, Barzel Industries,Inc. et al Barzel and EPA. This Settlement Agreement resolveds claims under CERCLA in connection with the Peterson/Puritan, Inc. Superfund Site in Cumberland and Lincoln, Rhode Island.
