EPA is issuing an Administrative Order under Section 1414(g) of the SDWA to the Thompsons Point Association for the systems failure to submit a sampling schedule to monitor for E. coli to the State or alternatively notify the State of its plan to monitor for Cryptosporidium by July 1, 2008, under the Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule (LT2ESWTR). The system will have fourteen (14) days from the effective date of the Order to submit its sampling schedule or notification to the State and EPA.
