Case summary
Victory Finishing Technologies, Inc. (Victory) was determined to be a major source of hazardous air pollutant (HAP) emissions, and therefore, subject to the miscellaneous metal parts and products (MMP&P) MACT standard found at 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart MMMM. As such, Victory was required to submit an initial notification, a notification of compliance status and semiannual compliance reports to EPA and the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RI DEM) pursuant to the MMP&P MACT standard, Victory has not submitted these reports to EPA and/or the RI DEM. This Administrative Order (AO) formally notifies Victory that it is considered a major source for HAPs and is subject to the MMP&P MACT standard. Additionally, the AO requires Victory to submit the delinquent notifications and reports to EPA and the RI DEM.
