EPA v. BRISTOL WPCF
Final Order No Penalty
Case summary
This is a follow-up to Bristol Order 01-2007-2016 and pollutants that will be removed are accounted for in this prior order. This subsequent action is being taken because Bristol's long history of SSOs suggest that more specific injunctive relief than required in the previous order is warranted and appropriate. The Order requires the Town to develop and submit priority and routine cleaning plans; a fats, oil and grease control plan; an inflow isolation and removal plan; an emergency response plan, and a hydraulic model, to be used to develop a supplement to the Towns 2003 Sewer System Evaluation Survey.
