ALTHOUGH DANBURY DPW STORES OIL IN AMOUNTS ABOVE THE THRESHOLDS REQUIRING THE PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SPCC PLAN UNDER 40 CFR PART 112, IT DID NOT HAVE AN ADEQUATE SPCC PLAN.
