STORES OIL IN AMOUNTS ABOVE THE THRESHOLDS REQUIRING THE PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A SPCC PLAN UNDER C.F.R. PART 112, IT DID NOT HAVE AN SPCC PLAN. EPA ISSUED AN EXPEDITED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT TO THE ALDEN YACHTS CORP. ON APRIL 3, 2006 FOR THIS VIOLATION.
